Let's start with the basics

How can we reach you, and where are you based?

Contact

One line that says what you are.

Resume & Photo

PDF, DOC or DOCX, up to 5 MB.

We read your resume to save you retyping it. Everything it fills in is a suggestion you can edit, and it never submits anything for you.

A clear, face-forward photo. JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 2.5 MB. Reviewers only see it once a decision has been recorded.

Address

Online Profiles (optional, but they help a lot)

How You Found Us (optional)

Skill Exams optional - applicants who take them stand out

Every skill in our catalog has a 60-question exam. The moment you submit, you'll get your personal exam page - start any exam on your own initiative, no invitation needed, and retake as often as you like. Every attempt and score is recorded on your application.

AI skills are central to where our work is heading. We strongly encourage every applicant to take both of these, whatever your specialty.

The languages and databases behind most of our client work. Take the ones you would actually be hired for - nobody is expected to take them all.

Plan more exams now (optional - you can start any exam later either way)

Your Education

Where did you study, and what did you earn? Add your schools one at a time.

Schools & Degrees

Certifications (optional)

Professional certifications you hold - AWS, Microsoft, Google, CompTIA and so on. Add them one at a time.

Needed only if you add a certification - leave the section empty to skip it.

Leave blank if it doesn't expire.

Claude Partner Network Certifications *

Check any you currently hold.

Don't have them yet? We're building a team of Claude-certified professionals for the Claude Partner Network - check any you'd be interested in earning and we'll keep you in mind as we sponsor training and certification.

Tick this and leave the boxes above empty. It doesn't count against your application.

Professional Licenses (optional)

Licenses are issued by government authorities or professional bodies - Attorney at Law, Licensed Physician, Registered Nurse, and so on. Adding yours builds trust and credibility.

Needed only if you add a license - most applicants have none, and that's fine.

Your Job History

Add your previous jobs and projects one at a time - include a URL wherever we can see the work. At least one entry is required.

Jobs & Projects *

Skills used on this job (from your picks in step 2)

Screenshots (build your portfolio - up to 3 per job, JPEG/PNG/WebP, 2.5 MB each)

References optional

If you'd like, add up to three professional references - people you've actually built things for or with. Leave this blank if you'd rather not; it won't count against you. We only contact them if we move forward together, and we'll tell you first.

Reference 1 (optional)
Reference 2 (optional)
Reference 3 (optional)
Tell us about yourself

Languages, testimonials, a video introduction if you have one - and your story.

Languages (optional)

Which languages do you speak, and how well?

Testimonials (optional)

What have clients and colleagues said about your work? Add them one at a time.

Needed only if you add a testimonial - leave the section empty to skip it.

Link to your YouTube video.

Business Diversity (optional & voluntary)

Tell us about the diversity of your business. Completing this section is entirely voluntary: it is hidden on the application review screen until a decision has been recorded, it is never used in the decision, and leaving it blank has no effect of any kind.

Checking a box is your explicit consent for us to store that information with your application. We use it to highlight diverse contractors to clients who value a diversity of perspectives.

At least 30 characters.

Public Profile (optional)

If we work together, we'd like to show you off. May we publish a profile page for you on our website? Saying no has no effect whatsoever on your application - we review everyone the same way.

What could appear publicly

  • Your name and professional headline
  • Your skills and years of experience
  • Job and project titles, with any links you gave us
  • Testimonials you supplied
  • Your portfolio and profile links
  • Skill exam results, if you take any
  • Your photo, only if you uploaded one

What is never published

  • Your address, phone number and email
  • Your rates, milestone minimum and hours
  • Your tax classification
  • Your references
  • Any diversity information
  • Your resume file

You can withdraw this at any time by emailing us, and we'll take the page down. Nothing is published until we've approved you and reviewed the page - and we'll never publish anything from the "never published" list.

Any engagement may be contingent on satisfactory reference checks and, where permitted by law and disclosed to you separately beforehand, background screening. Parts of our evaluation use automated scoring (for example, auto-graded skills assessments); every result is reviewed by a person and all decisions are made by people.
